(DUNS 079404747), under the authority at 41 U.S.C. 1903(a)(4) in support of an emergency declaration, particularly the national pandemic caused by the novel coronavirus or COVID-19. COPE Contact Tracers are responsible for interviewing and investigating people exposed to COVID-19. COPE Contact Tracers are trained and experienced with the database CommCare, used by the Navajo Area Office for data analysis, information sharing, and EPI linkage activities. COPE has been collecting data for the Navajo Area Office for the past eleven months. The NAICS code is 541611 with an associated, small business size standard of $16.5 million.

A determination by the Government whether to compete this proposed requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government.
