The 42nd Contracting Squadron, 50 LeMay Plaza South, Bldg 804, Maxwell AFB, AL 36112, is synopsizing a requirement with the intent to award sole source to Compunetix, Inc. to satisfy the needs of Air Technology Network Center at Wright-Patterson AFB during the period of 1 Oct 2013 - 30 Sep 2014. This is a NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT under statutory authority, 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), set forth in Federal Acquisition Regulation 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services will Satisfy Agency Requirements. The government intends to award a sole source firm fixed price contract to (Compunetix, Inc) for the following services: Annual on-site Post Warranty maintenance for repair and part replacement for 264 Port CONTEX 480 On Demand Audio Bridge equipment. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 811213 with a size standard of $10 Million.
