The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service intend to award a noncompetitive contract to Smith & Weiland, Surveyors & Engineers. This procurement is for a continuation of boundary surveying for Region 4 North Mississippi Refuge Complex in Grenada, MS . A determination not to compete this proposed contract has been made Pursuant to 41 U.S. C. 253(c)(1), as implemented by 6.302-1, this requirement has been justified and approved in accordance with FAR 6.303 and FAR 6.304. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. Any other interested organizations must submit a written statement of their capabilities and qualifications to fulfill this requirement to the identified point of contact as soon as possible, but not later than 10:00 a.m. local time on 09/16/2010.
