Title: CONTRACT ASIST Participant Kit

SOLICITATION DOCUMENT WILL NOT BE ISSUED AND PROPOSALS/QUOTATIONS WILL NOT BE REQUESTED

This is a NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT to procure the following service/material:

The contractor shall ship the training kit to Marine Corps Air Station, Chaplain’s Office in Iwakuni, Japan.

The United States Marine Corps Regional Contracting Office intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price sole source contract to LivingWorks Education LP, P.O. Box 9607 Fayetteville, North Carolina 28311, United States with FAR 6.302-1 (Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements).  LivingWorks Education LP is the sole source to provide the material needed because they are the proprietary source that can provide this material.  The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 611430.

This Notice of Intent is not a request for competitive proposals or a solicitation of offers. Information received from interested parties will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination not to compete this procurement based on response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Responses to this electronic notice must be made by 08:00 a.m. Japan Standard Time (JST) on Sep 28, 2021.
