1. THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT FOR CONTRACTOR OPERATED PARTS STORE (COPARS) SERVICES ONLY TO DETERMINE THE AVAILABILITY OF POTENTIAL SERVICE DISABLED VETERAN OWNED SMALL BUSINESSES FOR POTENTIAL SET-ASIDE. NO AWARDS WILL BE MADE FROM THIS SOURCES SOUGHT. NO SOLICITATION IS AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME. THEREFORE DO NOT REQUEST A COPY OF A SOLICITATION. ALL RESPONSES WILL BE USED TO DETERMINE THE APPROPRIATE ACQUISITION STRATEGY FOR THE FUTURE ACQUISITION.
2. Cannon AFB, NM is seeking SDVOSB sources interested in a possible contract to provide all personnel, supervision and any items and services to operate the on-site Contractor Operated Parts Store (COPARS). The contractor shall provide all qualified and licensed (as required) personnel, equipment, tools, quality control, materials, supervision, and other items and services necessary to maintain and operate on a continuous basis the Contractor Operated Parts Store (COPARS) located on Cannon Air Force Base NM. Services will be provided in a manner that will furnish parts that meet or exceeds the quality of the parts furnished on the original piece of equipment. If the original manufacturer has updated the quality of the parts for current production, parts supplied under this contract shall equal or exceed the updated quality. The contractor shall comply with applicable federal, regional, state, and local regulatory standards.
3. All interested parties are invited to provide the following information for your company/institution and for any teaming or joint venture partners: A. Company/Institute Name and CAGE code. B. Mailing Address. C. Point of Contact (to include phone/fax and e-mail). D. Web site, if applicable. E. State if your company is registered under NAICS or not. F. Identify whether your company is small, small disadvantaged, woman-owned small, HUB-Zone, 8(a) certified business concern, service disabled veteran owned, etc. G. Degree of experience: provide examples of past experience on projects from Air Force, Department of Defense, State and Local agencies that are similar in size and scope. Provide a description, dollar value and government activity (i.e., West Point, City of New York, etc.) H. Briefly describe how your company can satisfy the requirements described above, and your associated technical capabilities in 5 pages (one-sided, 12 pitch, Times New Roman) or less.
