USBG Terrace Gardens (Rain Garden) The AOC intends to engage a qualified Contractor to perform all work as necessary for the construction of a composite wood boardwalk and footings, a cut bluestone and flagstone pathway, laid in a mixture pattern and connecting to the boardwalk, subtle grading under the boardwalk to create a depression for storm water, and an overflow drain in case of flooring, a landscape installation using specimen/display quality plants, and a corresponding lighting and irrigation system. The solicitation is being issued August 24, 2009. The due date for receipt of proposals will be September 16, 2009. The solicitation is available electronically at http://www.aoc.gov/business/procure-opps.cfm on the date of issuance. INTERESTED PARTIES ARE ENCOURAGED TO DOWNLOAD THE ELECTRONIC VERSION OF THE SOLICITATION. IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CONTRACTOR TO MONITOR THIS SITE FOR ALL CHANGES!!
