USBG Terrace Gardens (Rain Garden) The AOC intends to engage a qualified Contractor to perform all work as necessary for the construction of a composite wood boardwalk and footings, a cut bluestone and flagstone pathway, laid in a mixture pattern and connecting to the boardwalk, subtle grading under the boardwalk to create a depression for storm water, and an overflow drain in case of flooring, a landscape installation using specimen/display quality plants, and a corresponding lighting and irrigation system.
