The State of Wisconsin (State), Department of Administration (DOA), through its Consolidated Agency Purchasing Services (CAPS), on behalf of the Department of Safety and Professional Services (DSPS), requests Bids for Conveyance Inspection Services for the state of Wisconsin which is broken into six (6) districts and intends to use the results of this process to award a Contract for each district. Inspections within the City of Madison and City of Milwaukee will not be included as part of this RFB.
