This is to advise Offerors of a Site Visit at JBLE Ft. Eustis, Logistics Readiness Division, Building 2300 Madison Avenue, Ft. Eustis, VA 23604.

The date and time of the Site Visit is Thursday, June 11, 2015 at 1:00PM (EST). 

The purpose of the site visit is to allow offerors the opportunity to view the existing conveyor diswasher and applicable service connection control(s) (e.g.,plumbing, electric and other lines) to streamline the disconnection/removal and installation of the existing and new conveyor diswashers in accordance with the SOW provisions.

All interested parties requiring access to the Ft. Eustis Army base are advised of mandatory compliance requirements with the Security "vetted" process.  Contact the Contract Specialist, Linda Nash-Gallaher, at (757)764-2241 NLT Wednesday, June 10, 2015 for instructions.

The date for submission of Quotes is hereby extended from Thursday, June 11, 2015 at 4:00PM (EST) to Monday June 15, 2015 at 4:00PM (EST). 

All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
