Total Student Population is 437 students.

DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE:
Subcontractor shall provide copier service/maintenance service for a total of 9 Center owned copiers:

1 - Kyocera KMC4035E
1 - Kyocera KM8030

1 - Sharp MXM350U
1 - Sharp MXM450U

SCHEDULE OF PERFORMANC:
Copier service/maintenance as needed for 9 Center-owned copiers.

Bids must be received, either by FAX or E-MAIL by APril 24,2015 at 5:00 PM EST.

The Westover Job Corps Center reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids.

Small business and minorities are encouraged to reply.

Vendors must provide Certificate of Insurance, W9, and confirmation of registration on SAMS.GOV.

Vendors must also become approved vendors by completing/signing and returning the attached documents.
