The Coquille Valley Hospital Pharmacy Renovation has been postponed until further notice. We thank you all for your participation in this procurement process. We hope you will continue to take an interest in projects at Coquille Valley Hospital. This Notice of Intent to Award is subject to execution of a written contract and, as a result, this notice does NOT constitute the formation of a contract between Coquille Valley Hospital and the apparent successful Bidder. The above-named apparent successful Bidder shall not acquire any legal or equitable rights relative to the contract services until a contract containing terms and conditions acceptable to Coquille Valley Hospital is executed. If the apparent successful Bidder fails to negotiate and execute a contract with Coquille Valley Hospital, Coquille Valley Hospital may revoke the award and award the contract to the next highest ranked. Coquille Valley Hospital further reserves the right to cancel this Notice of Intent to Award at any time prior to the execution of a written contract. This Notice of Intent to Award starts the seven (7) calendar day period during which an unsuccessful Proposer may file a protest in accordance with OAR 137-049-0450.
