Please clarify the prevailing wage rate - solicitation refers to both Davis Bacon & Boli wages rates and does not reference a date. This project is subject to Oregon BOLI, Prevailing Wage Rates dated January 5, 2024 2. Hospital provided schedule credits bid alt. 1 & alt. 2. Please clarify if this is a price for accelerated the schedule, or a credit from CVH if the work is done faster? This is a credit to be deducted from the final request for payment upon successful completion of the project. Bidder to provide project schedule with substantial completion as required in the RFP. Bidder to identify bid alt 1 and bid alt 2 credit dates in project schedule. 3. Please provide a Hazmat report for both the clinic and pharmacy as these will be required for demolition.
