SOLICITATION SUMMARY PUBLIC IMPROVEMENT PROJECT INVITATION TO BID SOLICITATION NO: 24-0001 The Coquille Valley Hospital is seeking bids from firms to provide General Contracting Services as defined in the bidding documents to expand their existing services into (2) new locations. The project locations are as follows: · Coquille Valley Hospital Pharmacy Renovation: 55 East 1st Street, Coquille, Oregon 97423 · Myrtle Point Clinic Renovation: 345 8th Street, Myrtle Point, Oregon 97458 This is a public works project subject to ORS 279C.800 to 279C.870. An Optional pre-bid site walk will be held at 11:00am on February 29, 2024. The pre-bid site walk will commence at the Coquille Valley Hospital Pharmacy Renovation site, 55 East 1st Street, Coquille, Oregon 97423 at 11:00am, February 29, 2024. Proposers will continue to the secondary location of the Myrtle Point Clinic Renovation site at 345 8th Street, Myrtle Point, Oregon 97458 after the initial walk at the Pharmacy Renovation site. The (2) site locations are approximately 15 minutes apart.
