This is a combined solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 of the FAR, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.  This notice constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.  THe solicitation document and incorporated clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-40.  The office of naval intelligence has a requirement to procure: (2) CorasWorks Toolset Enterprise Edition-Production Server GA600 and (2) CorasWorks Premier Annual Support and Maintenance for Toolset per Production Server GA600-SP.  Brand name required.  Evaluation factor will be the lowest price.  This is an ALL or NONE request for offers.  The FAR provisions at 52.212-1 pertain as well as FAR clauses, 52.212-4 and 52.212-5.  Additionally, the DFARS cluase 252.211-7003.  Offers will be accepted via email, only,, prior to 1005 AM eastern time on June, 4 2010.
