Notice is hereby given that the City of Bellingham (City) is soliciting for statements of qualifications (Invitation No. 65B-2020) from qualified firms to provide Landscape Architectural and other related professional services, such as: architectural, engineering, environmental, construction administration, permitting, and/or cost estimating services for Cordata Park Phase 2. The Consultant will be expected to provide a comprehensive site planning, landscape architectural, architectural, engineering design, permitting, and bid-ready construction drawings as well as cost estimating, bid support, construction administration, environmental studies, wetland delineation, wetland mitigation services, surveying, geotechnical, and/or archaeological services.
