The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Corona Division has a requirement for the procurement of Core Systems Computer Systems and Monitors.  The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 for this procurement action.  The Government intends to award a sole source, firm-fixed priced contract to Core Systems, due to interoperability with current systems and proprietary rights associated with their specific specifications;
