This project is located at the Rockefeller Institute of Government, 415 State Street, Albany, NY 12205. The project scope includes removing approximately 110sf of existing membrane roofing, insulation, and accessories, as necessary to perform new construction work in areas of new roof membrane. This is a prevailing wage job. A non-mandatory pre-bid conference and project walk-through will be held on site on Tuesday, 11/9/2021 @ 10:00am. Parking is on site is not available.
