Must allow for expansion in situ, with proper height restoration and sagittal correction; must provide neural decompression. All items MUST be FDA cleared. Expandable vertebral body replacement with plates for cervical and cervical-thoracic; increasing angles with increasing implant size (0 degree - 18 degrees); notches for the use of a reduction instrument and ADDplus fixation to the vertebral bodies.
