Synopsis is for anticipated establishment of a sole source strategic enterprise wide corporate contract for sustainment of spares/buys, repairs and modernization, engineering services, data, travel related to systems and components that are sole source to Teledyne Wireless LLC. An Indefinite Delivery Requirements contract for five one year ordering periods is anticipated with multiple contract category types/pricing arrangments including Firm Fixed Price (FFP), Cost Reimbursable (CR) and Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF) applicable to the AN/ALQ-131, AN/ALQ-161 and AN/ALQ-172 systems.  Solicitation will be issued in accordance with FAR 15, Contracting by Negotiation. It is anticipated that FFP will be utilized for the majority of CLINS. The contract will permit the addition and deletion of covered items as necessary to support Department of Defense (DoD) and Foreign Military Sales (FMS) ongoing mission requirements. The overarching contract will be issued to Teledyne Wireless LLC. CAGE 11312 located at 11361 Sunrise Park Drive, Rancho Cordova, CA.
