The 6th Contracting Squadron (6 CONS) at MacDill AFB issues this Sources Sought Synopsis for information only to locate sources who are capable. This Sources Sought is for Corporate Housing for United States Central Command personnel at MacDill AFB, Tampa Fl. This will be set-aside for 100% Small Business and a Blanket Purchase Agreement is projected to result from it. The anticipated performance period is one base year and four option years.

Key features include providing fully furnished single occupancy apartments or 1 bedroom family apartments when called for by the Contracting Officer or designated representative at contractor listed or discounted price with high quality queen size beds/linens, standard bedroom furnishings/dressers/clothes hangers, good quality/condition, sofas, loveseats, chairs, coffee tables, floor lamps, dining tables/chairs, silverware, dishes, pots/pans, glasses, cups, coffee maker, assorted cooking utensils, a small quantity of miscellaneous food storage containers, dish cloths, tea towels, linen napkins, miscellaneous decor accents commensurate with the number of occupants, safe off-street parking, and of such quality/condition and normally afforded corporate executive officers. The lodging facility must be within a 15 mile radius of MacDill AFB.

This Sources Sought is an advance notice for information and planning purposes only and is not a solicitation. The North American Industry Classification System is 531110 and the size standard is $27.5 million. Interested organizations may submit their capabilities and qualifications to perform the effort in writing to the identified point of contact not later than 10:00 A.M. local time on 2 November 2015. Such capabilities/qualifications will be evaluated solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct this procurement on a competitive basis. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed effort on a full and open competition basis, based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the government.
