REQUEST FOR INFORMATION
Correspondence and Oversight Tracking System
The U. S. Census Bureau requests information from the vendor community regarding Correspondence and Oversight Tracking Systems. The solution must enable the Census Bureau to efficiently manage, organize, search, track, and report on correspondence and action plans regarding the Decennial Census program. The attachment is a draft of functionality requirements for consideration
FORMAT OF RFI RESPONSE:
1) Name and contact information of the responding vendor.
2) Description of the product and how it could meet Census Bureau needs outlined in attached requirements document.
3) Vendor comments on the attached requirements documents.
4) Information that shows the system has a current Security Certification and Accreditation (C&A) package that meets the security requirements in the attached requirements document including NIST SP800-37 and NIST SP800-53 at the MODERATE control baseline.
5) Information about a current Security Assessment Report (SAR) and a current Authorization to Operate (ATO) letter for the system.
6) List of federal contract vehicles on which the product is available
7) List of federal contracts the solution is currently operating.
In addition, vendors should provide an overview of their pricing structure for software and services. For market research estimating, the number of users may range from 50 to 500.
