Defense Logistics Agency Troop Support (DLATS) intends to issue an unrestricted Request for Quotation (RFQ) for the acquisition of Corrosion Resistant for the below listed 16 NSNs under solicitation number SPE8ES-16-Q-0148. There is a Qualified Products List (QPL) requirement for all of the NSNs, which are procured to QPL-81706.

The Request for Quote (RFQ) will be posted on the DLA Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) no sooner than February 16, 2016. The procurement will be a fixed-price indefinite delivery contract, with economic price adjustment, for a contract base period of two (2) years and three (3) one (1) year option periods. The contract shall be awarded under FAR Subpart 13.5 - Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Items. The acquisition will be unrestricted and the required production lead-time is 30 days ADO. Delivery will be FOB Destination, with Inspection and Acceptance at Destination for both DLA Direct and Customer Direct orders. All quotations must include a copy of a completed solicitation with a firm-fixed price for the two-year base period.

All responsible sources must submit a proposal, which shall be considered by the agency. Copies of the solicitation will not become available until the solicitation issue date. The solicitation, once issued, will be posted on the DIBBS website at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil. From the DIBBS Homepage select "RFP/IFB/Non-Quotable RFQs" from the top toolbar and search by the subject solicitation number or NSN. RFPs are in portable documents format (PDF).
