The General Services Administration, Heartland Supply Operations Center, is posting a Request for Quote (RFQ) for a part numbered item.  This RFQ is a brand name or equal requirement.  Salient characteristics can be found attached with RFQ.  Order is high priority and will require shipping to Robins AFB, GA 31098.  Prices are requested on a FOB Destination bases.  In addition, vendors are asked to provide their best delivery leadtime. Quotes submitted without the Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS)/Technical specs, Delivery timeframes,  ALL "or Equal" requirements, and/or requesting signature will be considered non-responsive and quote will NOT be considered for award.   This acquisition is NOT a total small business set-aside IAW FAR 19.502-6(c).
