The Bureau of the Census is issuing this notice as a combined synopsis / solicitation for eight (8) different sizes and strengths of corrugated cartons. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation: proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation 51-SO-BC-19-00002 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through FAC 2019-02, dated 06-MAY-2019.
