The NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Norfolk Contracting Department, Groton Office is seeking out qualified sources capable of providing an accredited Cosmetology Training services in accordance with the draft Statement of Work (SOW) , subject to change, attached in support of Center of Support Services (CSS). Currently, an Indefinite-Delivery-Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contract with a 5-year ordering period is being considered (also subject to change).

This is a Sources Sought Notice ONLY. There is NO SOLICITATION available at this time.

The synopsis is issued for the sole purpose of conducting Market Research in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 10.

Interested vendors capable of satisfying this government need are encouraged to respond to this notice by 11:00 a.m. EST, 26 May 2021. The submission of information is for planning purposes only, and is not be construed as a commitment by the Government to procure any items or services. The information will not be returned, and no compensation will be provided from any response to this announcement. Proprietary information submitted will be protected, when so designated.

The training will be performed at a contractor-provided facility that is located at either or both Fleet concentration areas in Norfolk, VA and/or San Diego, CA.
