This requiremnt is being posted simultaneously under FBO and GSA under RFQ1104823. Vendors interested in providing a quote must indicate (for each item) whether the item is covered by their GSA/FSS contract or open market. This requiremnt will be made on an "All or none" basis. The requirement will be made on a "Best Value" determination based on technical capability to perform the provide the requirements and price. Technial evaluation will be completed by the departement. Vendor to provide a "unpriced" technical specification sheet for this part of the evaluation.
