The College of International and Security Studies (CISS) of the George C. Marshall Center, Garmisch-Partenkirchen, Germany has a requirement for Counter-Illicit Trafficking Instructional Services.  This requirement is being procured using best value tradeoff procedures considering English language skills, experience, education, past performance and price.  Quoters must meet the English language skills requirement to be considered.
The Government anticipates awarding a FFP contract for the performance period date of 19 September 2011 through 18 September 2012, with an option for up to two additional years of services.

All prospective contractors must be registered in Dun and Bradstreet (D&B) and the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database prior to award of a contract.  Foreign companies or individuals must first obtain a North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) CAGE (NCAGE) code at http://www.ccr.gov/International.aspx.  Additionally, contractors currently registered in CCR must update their registration annually.
