This acquisition is set-aside 100% for small businesses. Marine Corps Base, Camp Pendleton, California, has a requirement for the following: Counter Intelligence (CI) training for Marines at Camp Pendleton, Ca, see attached Statement of Work (SOW) for course requirements. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible quoter whose quotation conforming to the solicitation, will provide the "best value" to the Government, based on Technical Capability, Past Performance and Price. Interested parties submitting a proposal must submit a price breakdown of labor rates as well as lodging and subsistence.
TYPE CONTRACT. The Government intends to award a single Firm Fixed Price (FFP) type contract as a result of this solicitation.
