Any manufacturer, other than the approved source, who will like to submit a proposal on this item, must submit a complete source approval package (SAR).  This solicitation will result in a firm fixed-fixed price contract.  The requirement is for 13 each, Susquehanna, PA (0001) FOB Origin, Inspection and Acceptance Origin.
