The Mission and Installation Contracting Command-Carlisle Barracks is exploring options for Contractor performance of Course Developer and Administrator for the Distance Education Program (DEP) in First year Studies, Department of Distance Education (DDE), School of Strategic Landpower, US Army War College per the attached Performance Work Statement.

Respondents shall not be obligated to provide the services described herein and it is understood by the United States Government that the cost estimates provided as a result of this request are "best" estimates only.
