PR 0073765095 for NSN 1560-00-463-7075, BELL HELICOPTER TEXTRON INC. DBA 97499 P/N 212-060-805-006.  DLA Aviation does not currently have an approved technical data package available for this NSN.  The Solicitation will request pricing for a quantity of 8 each. Inspection/Acceptance/FOB Origin, delivery 557 days ARO. This solicitation is unrestricted, utilizing other than full and open competition. Item is not used in the commercial sector.  It is anticipated that an award will be made against the OEM's Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) and a letter solicitation will be utilized.  The issue date is on or around 08/04/18 and the closing date is on or around 09/04/18.  In order to receive an award, regardless of dollar value, you must be registered in the Systems for Award Management (SAM) www.sam.gov database. Alternate offerors must submit a Source Approval Request (SAR) package in order to be considered for any future procurements of this NSN / PN.  The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation utilizing the Past Performance Information Retrieval System (PPIRS).
