The Government intends to enter into a multi-year contract with Cox Communications for a Redundant Network Connectivity to connect all RI National Guard Facilities to Cox network; as a back-up system. The Network connection must be separate from existing relay, utilizing separate media and transport (Current system is Verizon). Network must be able to run voice quality service to connect IP based expansion networks.
