This notice is being publicized in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 5.101 requiring Contracting Officer to disseminate information for proposed contract actions expected to exceed $25,000.00.  Further in accordance with FAR Part 6.302-1 it is the intent of the Drug Enforcement (DEA) to make award to Digital Receiver Technology (ST) has a requirement for the repair and upgrade of (2) DRT1000/RFT2A, CPCI 3 U RF tuners for DRT1000.  DRT is the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) of the receiver units and is the only company authorized to repair its equipment.
