In general, the work consists of providing necessary mechanical, electrical and controls materials and services to replace existing DX Rooftop units with new heat pump rooftop DX Package unites. Additionally, new Distech controls will be provided for the new units as well as the VVT terminal units in Bldg. 79. See attached NTC for further details.
