The Department of the Navy (DoN) intends to award a non-competitive, sole source contract to Beckman Coulter, INC. 250 S. Kreamer Blvd, Brea, CA 92821 for the Cost per Test DXH 600 Analyzer that meets DON's requirement.
Based on market research conducted and contacts made with knowledgeable individuals within the government it has been determined DON's requirement can only be provided by Beckman Coulter, INC. are the sole manufacturing authority and hold all data, machinery and processes the Cost per Test DXH 600 Analyzer that meets DON's requirement.
This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations; however, interested parties may identify their interests and capability to respond to this requirement to this office by 5:00 pm, EST, September 15, 2017 by email to the attention of Nancy Purvis, Contract Specialist, at [email protected]. Facsimile offers will not be accepted. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct a competitive procurement. Telephone requests will not be considered. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
