Amendment 0002 is being issued in order to provide clarification and incorporation of changes on the requirements listed below:

1. Offerors shall submit their best overall offer for the items as listed in LOT#0001. Offerors shall provide a detailed proposal that meets or exceeds the items as listed. The items required are being requested to facilitate salvage of aircraft of multiple sizes and weights, and therefore offerors shall provide the aircraft bags (CLINs 0001A, 0001B and 0001C) in the quantities as listed, with the capabilities to meet or exceed the minimum requirements as listed. There are no height requirements for the lifting bags. Within the
proposal offerors must be able to meet or exceed the minimum weight capacity in addition to the other minimum requirements as provided. All weight capacity is in US tons.

2. CLINs 0001A, 0001B and 0001C must comply with the Berry Amendment per DFARS 252.225-7012 unless exceptions found in DFARS 225.7002-2 apply. Offerors who are unable to provide materials in compliance with the Berry Amendment shall submit their offer including details on the origin of the materials used in the production of these items in order to conduct an evaluation of the alternate product as offered.

3. The quantity amount of the CONSULE CONSULE FOR LIFT BAG has increased from four (4) to twelve (12) for 0001D, LOT#0001.

4. The MEASURING DEVICE at a minimum must have a capacity of 50 US tons, 0002B in LOT#0002.

THE AMENDMENT IS INCLUDED WITH THIS ANNOUNCEMENT.
