All WPM shall be constructed from heat treated (56 Degrees Celsius or 133 degrees Fahrenheit) for a minimum of 30 minutes at the core. Lumber and certified by an accredited agency recognized by the ALSC in accordance with WPM policy and WPM enforcement regulations. Each pallet shall have ISPM 15 stamped legible, neat and applied to the stringer or block on diagonally opposite sides and ends of the pallet and be contrasting and clearly visible.
