CRCC Diesel Fuel Tank to Tuesday, October 22, 2019 at 3:00 PM TOWN OF CHARLESTOWN INVITATION TO BID CRCC DIESEL FUEL TANK The Town of Charlestown is presently accepting bids for the purchase and complete contractual installation of one 500/1,000 gallon precast concrete Diesel Fuel Tank, Pump and appurtenances installed at the Charlestown Residential Collection Center. The installation shall include all site work materials and accessories as specified to provide finished fully operational “turn-key” installation. Sealed bids shall be received at the Town Clerk’s Office until 3:00 PM, October 22, 2019. Envelopes shall be marked in the lower left hand corner “CRCC FUEL TANK”. Detailed specifications may be obtained at the Town Clerk’s Office during the hours of 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday. Questions regarding the specifications should be directed to Alan Arsenault, Director of Public Works at (401) 364-1230. Bids will be selected by the evaluated method. Evaluation will be on the basis of adherence to specification, cost, reputation of the bidder, and ability to complete the project in a timely manner. The Town reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to accept that bid which it deems, in their sole judgment, to be in the best interest of the Town.
