CRCC Diesel Fuel Tank Re-Bid to Wednesday, April 22, 2020 at 3:00 PM TOWN OF CHARLESTOWN INVITATION TO BID CRCC DIESEL FUEL TANK RE-BID The Town of Charlestown is presently accepting bids for the purchase and delivery/ installation of one 500 gallon precast concrete Diesel Fuel Tank, Pump and appurtenances delivered to the Charlestown Residential Collection Center. The delivery shall include all materials and accessories as specified. Sealed bids shall be received at the Town Clerk’s Office until 3:00 PM, APRIL 22, 2020. Envelopes shall be marked in the lower left hand corner “CRCC FUEL TANK”. Detailed specifications may be obtained at the Town Clerk’s Office during the hours of 8:30 AM and 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday or online at www.charlestownri.org. Questions regarding the specifications should be directed to Alan Arsenault, Director of Public Works at (401) 364-1230. Bids will be selected by the evaluated method. Evaluation will be on the basis of adherence to specification, cost, reputation of the bidder, and ability to complete the project in a timely manner. The Town reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to accept that bid which it deems, in their sole judgment, to be in the best interest of the Town.
