Tri-County Health Department (TCHD), the District Public Health Agency for the Counties of Adams, Arapahoe, and Douglas, Colorado, is requesting bids for evaluating the impact and outcomes of a pilot program that provides support, education and resources to organizations who want to learn best practices for implementing Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) strategies in the workplace. The project will also involve assessing the program elements (format, learning content and tools) and providing recommendations for improvement and feasibility for expanding the program.
