The work to be performed consist, in general, of constructing two buildings with seven units per building that are three story condominiums for Buildings No. 1 & 2 and all associated plumbing, wiring, electrical, water, sewer and other appurtenances to complete each building and associated landscape and hardscape improvements as the Base Bid. For the Additive Alternate No. 1 the Contractor will construct an eight unit three story condominium for Building No. 3 and all associated plumbing, wiring, electrical, water, sewer and other appurtenances to complete each building with associated landscape and hardscape improvements. Note: Base Bid will be used to determine which contractor submitted the lowest bid. Interested bidders must log in and download complete bid specifications available under the “Documents/Attachments” tab. The City of Bakersfield has previously issued a list of approved bidders for this project. This list was determined by the City's review of Responsibility and Questionnaires submitted by interested contractors. The City will only open bids submitted by contractors who were approved by the City to be on the Final Bidders List for the Creekview Villas Condominium Construction Project.
