The City of Bakersfield is seeking qualified contractors to construct three (3) separate buildings consisting of twenty two (22) three (3) story condominiums as an integrated development with the existing fourteen (14) units constructed to complete the thirty six (36) unit Creekview Villas Housing Development Project as part of the South Mill Creek Village.
