The Lee County Board of County Commissioners seeks to contract with a qualified CONSULTANT to perform assessments, survey, design, engineering, permitting, and construction contract administration for the reestablishment of, and improvements to Crescent Beach Family Park, located at 1100 Estero Blvd.. Fort Myers Beach, Florida 33931 and Bowditch Point Park, located at 50 Estero Blvd., Fort Myers Beach, Florida, 33931. The design and eventual construction of this project is considered a high priority for the County. The County seeks a firm that can implement a timeline and expedite completion of this project that is reflective of the County’s need. To expedite quickly, the County seeks for the CONSULTANT to begin the design and permitting process as soon as allowable and contingent on the permitting agencies requirements.
