Our market research indicates that the International Justice and Public Safety Information Sharing Network (Nlets) formerly known as the National Law Enforcement Telecommunications System (Nlets), is the only available responsible source capable of satisfying OPM’s multi-state requirements. The North American Standard Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code for the action is 813920 – Professional Organizations and this procurement is unrestricted, allowing both large and small business.
