The Town of Jupiter, Florida is seeking to implement a CRM/311 system to provide its constituents with flexible options for submitting questions, requests, issues, comments and complaints. In addition, the system should provide an efficient way for Town Staff to receive, respond to, manage and report on incoming submitting questions, requests, issues, comments and complaints. The awardee will provide a total, customizable solution (both front and back-end) to accomplish these goals. Additionally, it is desired that the awardee will provide training and ongoing support and maintenance for the solution. The Town is seeking guidance from the vendor based on past experience in the industry, and is requesting that the vendor provide at least three (3) references of similar work within the past five (5) years. The Town is seeking a not to exceed priced solution, so proposals should be clear regarding scope and approach.
