DESCRIPTION: This is a request for information only as defined in FAR 15.201(e). The government does not intend to award a contract from this announcement or to otherwise pay for the information solicited, but is seeking information on available sources capable of providing Crye Multicam Uniforms.
GENERAL REQUIREMENTS: The 62d Contracting Squadron is seeking business vendors who can provide the following:
APR-CP4-02- Combat Pants Army Custom Multicam:
Multi-camouflage pattern for use in all mission environments knee pad pockets made from ripstop, high density material that is 50% cotton/50% nylon Velcro closing pockets for quick access Velcro closures on ankle zipper and Velcro closure on fly of pants.
APR-CS4-02 Combat Shirt:
Torso made of lightweight cotton/wicking material (fire resistant) for hot weather allowing better fit and form for armor wear Multi-camouflage pattern on sleeves and collar made from ripstop, high density material that is 50% cotton/50% nylon elbow pad pockets zip high collar to protect from sun, rubbing equipment, insects IFF/patch panel velcro attachment points for insignia that can be easily stripped away slanted pockets for under armor quick access Velcro closing pockets for quick access Velcro closures on wrist.
