SLAC National Accelerator Laboratory is operated by Stanford University for the Department of Energy. Has to be compatible with a Be X-ray dome that allows optical access for x-rays
Needs to cool down from 300K to 4K in less than 3 hours
Needs to have air cooled compressor

Needs to delivered within 3 months.
