This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a quote is requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation is being issued using Simplified Acquisition Procedures.

This competition is set-aside for small businesses. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) for this requirement is 334516, Analytical Laboratory Instrument Manufacturing, with a size standard of 1,000 employees.

This solicitation incorporates the provisions and clauses in effect in Federal Acquisition Circular 2019-05 dated 16 February 2021 and Defense Publication Notice 20190628 dated 15 January 2021.

The Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences (USU) has a requirement for a Cryostat with 1 year warranty, including a loaner machine if needed to be sent for repairs.
