The Electronic Systems Center, Cryptologic Systems Division (ESC/HNCK) intends to award a five year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract, which includes (1) one-year Base and (4) one-year Options for the procurement of Crypto Software Support (Non-Personal Service).  This requirement has been Set-Aside for total Small Business. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 541519 - Other Computer Related Services.  The size standard is $23.0.

The guaranteed Minimum Quantity is (1) one-year Base and the Maximum Quantity is (1) one-year Base and (4) one-year options.  Requirement has magnitude of (1) one to (10) ten personnel per contract period.  A single Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) Contract is anticipated, resulting from Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) as further described in the solicitation.  Statement of Objectives (SOO), and Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) will be provided when the Solicitation is released. 

 THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS.  A formal solicitation will be issued on or about 24 May 2012. Note: The Government exercises its unilateral right to award with or without discussions.  The anticipated award date is June-September 2012.
