NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the San Mateo County Community College District (“District”), acting through its Governing Board, hereinafter referred to as the District, will accept sealed bids for the award of the contract for the following public work: CSM EDISION LOT PROJECT The Work generally consists of demolition of existing buildings, slabs, foundations to construct a new parking lot including paving, site stairs, railings, pedestrian pathways, tree removal, site lighting, and extension of the underground chilled water pipes for the future buildings.
