SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS
This Request for Quote (RFQ) is for the procurement of two (2) NEMA 4X enclosures, providing these enclosures to
an Architect-Engineer for installation of testing equipment. Then the Contractor shall receive the enclosures with
testing equipment installed from the AE and install the enclosures with testing equipment at two sites along the
Enbridge Pipeline. The AE work is funded through a separate contract and is not the responsibility of the Contractor.
Existing electrical service capacity is sufficient to power the modification without any upgrades.
This procurement is for full & open competition for NAICS 238210, Installation of Equipment—Electrical and
Electronic Equipment Components.
Method of Payment under this contract will be Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) to a commercial bank account
specified by the Contractor.
One award will be made from this Solicitation.
The contract award will be based on Lowest Price to the Government.
Note: In addition to the completed price breakout schedule/price proposal, the Offeror must complete their
Representation and Certifications located in the solicitation.

ALERT: All contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (www.SAM.gov) prior to award
